Class Memberships

• Monthly memberships are automatically billed each month on the same date. That is the date you will get your next set of classes. 

• If you run out and would like to purchase more classes, you have the ability to purchase single, add on classes at your reduced membership rate. 

• Monthly memberships require a 3 month contract. At the end of this three month contract, you will receive an email notifying you that your contract will automatically renew unless you email us to change or cancel. 

• You can move up or down in membership at any time. This does restart a new 3 month contract. 

• You must email support@tuffgirlfitnessct.com to cancel your existing membership before starting a new one. If you don’t, you will continue to be billed.

• We do not provide refunds for monthly membership charges.

• We do not pro-rate for monthly memberships or provide refunds for any unused or expired classes.

• We have a 4 hour class cancellation policy. Please remove yourself from the class at least 4 hours before class starts to get your class back on your account. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged for class. 

• You are able to book out your classes 10 days in advance. 

We offer a family discount on in-gym monthly memberships for multiple family members living in the same household. Discount taken off the lower priced plan.

First family member- Full price / Second family member- 20% discount  / Third family member- 30% discount

Class Packages 

Expires 24 months from purchase / Cannot be shared / Unused classes cannot be transferred / No refunds for unused or expired classes
