DON'T CALL IT A MAKEOVER

This May Tuff Girl turns 15. Over the past 15 years, we have grown, evolved, changed, expanded, shrunk, celebrated, grieved, laughed, cried, fell apart, and come back together– together. I am not the same person I was when I started Tuff Girl and we are not the same community. We offer different things. We have different values. We have a different team. A different class structure and format. A different physical space. And a new goal for what we want for the community we serve. 

I am so thankful for this growth. I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow, evolve and change my mind. I am grateful for the awareness to say, I know better, so now, let’s do better. 

As we step into year 15, it feels appropriate for a bit of a rebrand. The mark we all wear proudly on our bodies didn’t seem to fit us anymore… it didn’t seem to work for who we are now. So— I changed it.

And now… it feels right. It feels like us. It feels like who we are… today.

What we offer will not change. We will remain the incredible community and space you now know. But this… this feels like it rightfully expresses who and what we are. 

To another 15 years and to the spark, to the light, and to the incredible power that lies within each and every one of us.
