Our next group nutrition program starts November 10th, 2024!

Join Coach Lindsay and Coach Christa for a 3 week nutrition program that is geared toward optimizing performance, muscle gain/retention, and dialing in your nutrition. This is a great opportunity for those who feel they have the foundations of nutrition down, and are looking to take things to the next level with the added support and accountability of our trusted coaches.

Our 3 weeks will begin with a free, in-person nutrition workshop on Sunday November 10th where we’ll discuss:

  • The importance of tracking our food to better understand our starting point and current eating habits

  • An overview of what and how we’ll be tracking our food

  • Debunking nutrition myths and common misinformation

  • Overview of our 3 week program

  • Q&A

If you’re ready to take an objective, scientific approach to your eating habits, then this program is for you. It can be an eye-opening experience that could change the way you eat and train forever.

Our workshop on November 10th is free to join. It will be in-person at Tuff Girl. We encourage you to plan ahead to ensure you can join us live, as we will not be providing a virtual option. It’s been years since we’ve been able to offer an in-person meeting, and we can’t wait to see you all there.

Feel free to attend the workshop even if you won’t be moving forward with our group program.

If you know for sure that you’d like to join the 3-week program, you can get signed up now. Otherwise, you are welcome to sign up after you’ve attended our live workshop on 11/10.

Our 3 weeks will include:

  • Live 1hr workshop with Christa and Lindsay

  • Nutrition newsletters sent weekly with guidelines for setting your own unique macronutrient goals, tips, informational videos and more

  • A Slack channel for the group to ask questions to the coaches, share successes/challenges, and swap recipes

  • Added bonus: Support in learning how to approach eating in the holiday season. We’ll be running this program straight through the Thanksgiving holiday

This is not a “I’ll start after the holidays” approach. There is truly no better time to learn how to integrate these tools into your life. We’re playing the long game, not a quick and rigid 30 day challenge.

We’ll be providing you with the tools to take control of your nutrition and complement all of the hard work that you put into training at Tuff Girl on a weekly basis.
