Our next group nutrition program starts April 27, 2025!

Join Coach Lindsay and Coach Christa for a 3 week nutrition program that is geared toward optimizing performance, muscle gain/retention, and dialing in your nutrition.

The more knowledge you have about your nutrition, the better equipped you’ll be to make informed food choices and even move toward a more intuitive approach to nutrition down the road.

  • Learn how to effectively log your current intake to better understand your starting point

  • Calculate your ideal intake according to your unique stats and goals

  • Gain knowledge on food choices that will help reach your targets and affect particular health markers

  • Understand the WHY behind our recommendations

  • Work with your coaches and peers to stay accountable and build consistency

  • If applicable, work with a coach on calorie adjustments and questions that are specific to you

Levels of participation:

  • Take a solo approach: receive the 3 detailed emails with all of the information you’ll need to discover your starting point, calculate your calories/macros according to your goals, and helpful information/studies to connect the dots on WHY. - $99

  • Take a group/accountability approach: all of the above AND participate in the community discussion on our nutrition Slack channel. Coaches will answer questions both broadly and privately, swap tips, strategies and recipes with other participants, and look to your peers for support and encouragement. This option gives you access to coaching via Slack or email regarding your specific numbers/goals. This will also include some extra nutrition content sent via email/Slack (i.e. quick guides and sample meals). - $199

  • Returning group members: if you participated in our Fall 2024 program, you can opt into the group/accountability approach for a refresh at a discounted price - $89

Our 3 weeks will begin with a in-person kickoff workshop + workout on Sunday April 27th where we’ll discuss:

  • The importance of tracking our food to better understand our starting point and current eating habits

  • An overview of what and how we’ll be tracking our food

  • Debunking nutrition myths and common misinformation

  • Overview of our 3 week program

  • Q&A

We will finish our time together with a group workout, so please come in exercise clothes and bring water.

Our 3 weeks will include:

  • Live workshop + workout with Christa and Lindsay on Sunday, April 27th at 6pm

  • Nutrition newsletters sent weekly with guidelines for setting your own unique macronutrient goals, tips, informational videos and more

  • A Slack channel for the group to ask questions to the coaches, share successes/challenges, and swap recipes

There is truly no better time to learn how to integrate these tools into your life. We’re playing the long game, not a quick and rigid 30 day challenge.

We’ll be providing you with the tools to take control of your nutrition and complement all of the hard work that you put into training at Tuff Girl on a weekly basis.
