Open gym allows you to pick the focus of your training between two awesome workouts (we provide both), a strength workout, "STRONG", or a metabolic workout, "SWEAT".
You will notice start times run on the half hour. Please arrive on time to the class you registered for as the group will warm up together on their own.
Once the warm up is completed (don't you skip anything!) the coach will quickly review the two training options with you and you will make your choice. After that you will break off into teams and get after it!
Because of the nature of this class it is not recommended for new starts or those brand new to us.
