LIFT + SWEAT is our high-energy, dynamic group class designed to supercharge your strength and fitness while keeping the fun front and center. With ever-changing workouts, varied movements, and an uplifting community vibe, every session is a new adventure.

Expect a comprehensive warm-up to help you move with ease, a total body workout that pushes your strength and power to new levels, and a heart-pounding finisher to cap it all off. And, of course, the support of your fellow athletes cheering you on to the finish line—all in just one amazing hour.

Turkish Get-Ups, swings, cleans, squats, and snatches—oh my! This 60-minute class harnesses the power of the kettlebell to enhance your stability, strength, power, and endurance. Expect a full-body workout that covers mobility, strength, and conditioning.
