Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring  what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … in spades.


We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

This Week's Classes

Sunday: Spartan

Teams of four will work through a variety of strength, power, and metabolic exercises during 4:00 AMRAP rounds. There are seven stations and each features two exercises that will surely challenge you. *Great for those new to us!

Monday: Mashup

Teams of 6 will work through various TRX, bodyweight, step, and dynamax ball exercises in 25s intervals.

Tuesday: Phoenix

Teams of 8 will work through four 7 minute AMRAP stations, each consisting of a lower, upper, and core exercise. Athletes will then pair up to complete an “I Go, You Go” finisher.

Wednesday: Diesel

Athletes are going for reps during each 45 second interval. The time left over in the interval after completing the reps is the time to rest and transition to the next station.

Thursday: Bone Crusher

This training consists of five 5 minute AMRAP strength stations. Once the five stations are completed, athletes will finish up with a 7 minute metabolic finisher. *Great for those new to us!

Friday: Cleopatra

This "chipper" workout will have you climb a pyramid of exercises. You have the option of breaking up the reps of each exercise however you would like! Crush each exercise one at a time or break them up into mini sets. You decide! *Great for those new to us!

Saturday: Flash

Have tons of fun with this hub and spoke metabolic training! Athletes will complete 5 stations and work through 25 second intervals. Before we're all done, everyone will come together for a group finisher!
