Grab a partner and make your way through six 4 minute AMRAP stations! Some stations feature partner exercises and the other have 2 exercises where your partner is completing one exercise for reps which dictates how long you are crushing the pairing exercise. Once the 6 stations are over, everyone will come together for a group finisher. *Great for those new to us!
Join us for the Hero on this Memorial Day! You will work in teams of 2-3 through 18 different stations. Intervals are 40 seconds on and 15s rest and you'll get a mix of strength, TRX, metabolic, and core movements. *Great for those new to us!
Teams of 6 will take on six different rounds. Each round has 2 exercises that you will go back and forth between working through a fast and furious 25s interval.
Three awesome teams will take on three 10 minute rounds filled with all sorts of strength, core, and metabolic exercises. *Great for those new to us!
This training features 5 stations of mini complexes featuring the TRX, bands, dynamax balls, sandbags, and ropes. A complex is using the same piece of equipment to complete all of the exercises at that station during a 6 minute AMRAP. After all 5 stations, everyone will end together with a group finisher. *Great for those new to us!
Work through this high intensity metabolic circuit in a team of 3. You will move quickly through 20 second intervals and then end the training with a glute and core finisher.
Teams of 4 will make their way through 8 stations each featuring a strength and a metabolic exercise. Each round is broken into four 1 minute intervals. Athletes will alternate between completing the strength exercise for the entire minute while the next minute they will complete the metabolic exercise for reps and use the leftover time as rest.
