Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring  what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … in spades.


We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

This Week's Classes

Sunday: Karin's choice

A sweaty and strong surprise from the amazing Coach Karin!

Monday: goliath

A monster circuit consisting of two strength/metabolic movements per round working in a 45 second interval for a set number of reps. Left over time is your well deserved rest.

Tuesday: sweat

This 35 minute AMRAP circuit has lots of options to produce plenty of sweat while working on your strong. Movements are a mix of strength, metabolic, core and TRX and you will have the ability to work at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need them.

Wednesday: Circuit blast

Crush through this incredible circuit that has a team of two working on a strength or TRX movement for 45 seconds. You will immediately follow that awesomeness up with a group blast of 20 seconds of conditioning. 

Thursday: Athena

Teams will tackle a 4 min AMRAP round that consists of two competing movements. Together, we will display our strength and power in a group finisher.

Friday: tapout

A kickass metabolic circuit that will have teams of three working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 in 4 minute rounds. 

Saturday: brute

Come find your strong in this awesome training that allows athletes to ladder down in reps on a main lift and then perform core and non-competing movements during an active rest.
