Tuff Girl Fitness is a group interval training class combining different movements and modalities to challenge and change you inside and out.

Our training is unconventional, but based on research and experience. You might never have done what we ask you to do. You might sweat more than you ever have. You might even swear. And you might just walk out taller and more confident than when you walked in our doors.

When you train with us, you can expect to be challenged by a variety of safe and effective movements and equipment. One class might use TRX suspension trainers, jump ropes, heavy weights, resistance bands and weighted sleds, while another class might use only body resistance.

Regardless of what type of training session is on the schedule, you can be assured that every class will be coached by an experienced fitness expert and you will be encouraged, educated, motivated and supported the entire time you are here. Members are encouraged to work within their current level and modifications are provided for various fitness levels.

Tuff Girl Fitness can provide the programs and expertise you need to get results, but we are not for everyone. Not everyone will be willing to give what we ask for. Some people are content to continue doing their two hours on the elliptical and lifting their three pound pink dumbbells. There is a sense of comfort in the familiar, doing what you’ve always done, but if you want results, you have to do what you’ve never done before. You have to step out of your comfort zone. Tuff Girl Fitness is not comfortable. Training is intense and challenging, but worth the effort.

We believe this so strongly that we will never stop challenging you. When you’re ready, we will always hand you bigger weights, tell you to move faster, and ask you to give more.

Whatever your goals, Tuff Girl Fitness will allow you to build the strength to achieve them, whether you want to compete in a high-level sport, play in a weekend league, keep up with your kids, or live a healthy, active life.
