Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring  what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … in spades.


We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

This Week's Classes

Sunday: Destroyer

Come have some fun destroying 30 second working intervals with your team of 4! You'll get your heart pumping with jam ball slams and star jumps in rounds 1 and 2 while rounds 3 and 4 include climbers and ropes that will keep it working!

Monday: 6 Pack

You will build your core strength through six 6 minute AMRAP stations. Each station includes 2 strength and/or metabolic exercises to go along with a core crushing exercise. Having a strong core is the foundation of getting stronger and making gainzzz.

Tuesday: Leveled

Athletes start their workout making their way through 2 rounds of 8 strength exercises. They will find their strength as they grind through one minute working intervals. But don't leave just yet! Come together as one big family to complete an 8 minute metabolic finisher!

Wednesday: steamroller

In a team of 6, power through 5 muscle burning stations! Each station includes a strength and metabolic exercise that work the same muscle groups for 35 seconds at a time. There is even a sneaky 6th round where athletes will finish in a big group to finish out their workout strong!

Thursday: samurai

All athletes will need is one set of dumbbells to carry them through 20 minutes of this dumbbell complex. Not a muscle is missed since this complex includes a variety of exercises that work you from head to toe including the squat and press and renegade row.  After athletes combat the complex, they will make teams of four to work through 25 second intervals of a metabolic finisher.

Friday: titan

Find a partner to work together with through seven 4 minute AMRAP stations. The length of time it takes one partner to demolish their reps will determine how long the other partner completes the pairing exercise. Push each other and find your strength through each station as you bike, squat, jump rope, lunge, and much more!

Saturday: going rogue

Focus on your strength through three 7 minute AMRAP stations where you'll get to work those powerful legs, brawny arms, and impressive core. And of course we couldn't let you leave without a metabolic finisher! Although this lengthy finisher is over 10 minutes, athletes won't even notice as they run, jump, shuffle, and have fun!!!
