We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

TUFF 101 Intro Class
An introduction to Tuff Girl for potential new clients where you learn our basics in a group of other new Tuff Girls. Interested in Tuff Girl? This is for you!
Intro classes are offered Monday at 5pm and Wednesday at 6pm. Please pre-register for this class.

This Week's Classes

Sunday: vortex

This metabolic circuit will have athletes working in 25 second intervals. Teams of 3 will complete five rounds and wrap it all up with a "You Choose" finisher with a metabolic or core option.

Monday: cleopatra

Every loves this "chipper" workout! Athletes climb a pyramid of exercises breaking up the reps of each exercise however they would like! You can crush each exercise one at a time or break them up into mini sets. You decide!

Tuesday: thunder

You definitely will be feeling the THUNDER after this training! Athletes will work in a 1:00 interval completing a variety of strength, core and metabolic movements. After three strong 9:00 rounds, teams will come together for an oh-so-awesome core and metabolic finisher!

Wednesday: shred

Come "SHRED" it up with us with this powerful training. Teams of 2 work through a list of strength and metabolic movements working in 35 second intervals. Teams will come together for a group finisher to end strong!

Thursday: electra

You will feel electric after running through this metabolic training! Teams of six work through five "12 Days of Christmas" rounds working in 25 second intervals. Everyone will come together to complete a group round that will leave you feeling strong and powerful!

Friday: blaze

Bring on the bands and bodyweight movements! Working in a mix of 30s and 20s intervals, athletes will complete four rounds filled with various exercises that use bodyweight and resistance bands.

Saturday: everest

Come climb! Athletes will work through five powerful rounds with two strength movements at each round. You will have the option to work in a 5 rep range or ladder down and up your weights. Once you get to the top we will wrap it all up with a fast paced finisher.
