Tuff Girl is a come-as-you-are kind of gym. Roll out of bed, grab your sneakers, and instead of measuring  what you want to lose — see what you have to gain. Strength, power, and confidence … in spades.


We’re about making women and girls realize just how strong and incredible they already are, not about fad diets or wraps or losing ten pounds in ten days. You’ll never hear us use the words “diet,” or “juice cleanse,” or “skinny tea.” But you will absolutely hear us shout “get after it,” and “you’ve got this,” and “you’re strong as hell.” We believe a bikini body is simply a body in a bikini. We believe doing things like a girl is a compliment. We’re raising girls to believe good things about their bodies, to treat themselves kindly, to chase after that pull-up or that goal or that scholarship. We believe women are amazing, and we want to help them see that for themselves.

TUFF 101 Intro Class
An introduction to Tuff Girl for potential new clients where you learn our basics in a group of other new Tuff Girls. Interested in Tuff Girl? This is for you!
Every Wednesday at 6pm and Sunday, 3/12 at 10am and Saturday 3/25 at 12:00.

This Week's Classes

Sunday: Destroyer

Come tackle a mix of metabolic and strength exercises in 30s intervals. After athletes complete 4 rounds, they will come together for a quick group finisher. *Great for those new to us!

Monday: Turbulence

This metabolic circuit will be over before you know it! There are 6 fast rounds that have athletes working in 20s intervals.

Tuesday: Hercules

Teams of six will conquer 5 strength rounds. Each 4 minute AMRAP round has 2 exercises that you will complete back and forth for 10 reps each. Once the strength rounds are over, everyone will come together for a metabolic finisher. *Great for those new to us!

Wednesday: Warrior

This 40 minute AMRAP allows athletes to work through a variety of metabolic, strength, and core exercises at their own pace. *Great for those new to us!

Thursday: goliath

Athletes will go for reps of strength/metabolic exercises during a 45s interval. Once you complete your reps, the rest of your time is your rest and time to get to the next exercise. 

Friday: Mashup

Teams of six will work through various TRX, bodyweight, step, and dynamax ball exercises in 25s intervals.

Saturday: Going Rogue

This training is made up of three 7 minute AMRAP stations with each featuring a lower body, upper body, and core exercise. The power and agility finisher is filled with 10 minutes of fun including band resisted runs, cone shuffles, box jumps, and more! *Great for those new to us!
